Das Deutsche Alphabet & Basic German

So you want to learn German, huh? Well then, lets get down to business! In order to learn a new language, you MUST learn the alphabet all over again. You might feel a little silly as we learned this when we were little children. Every language has its own unique alphabet and unique sounds of each letter.

So lets get down to business. You will see the German alphabet below as well as German diphthong examples and useful German ALT codes.

I cannot stress enough how fast you can learn a language by listening to children's shows and music. A fun way to learn the alphabet is by music! This is how we all learned the alphabet.

Here is a link to "Das Deutsche alphabet". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxQXEyMMC0E

Now that you have learned the alphabet, lets learn some basic German.
